AXIOMeds is a wellness-first health benefits membership that provides 24/7 virtual care, prevention coaching, and coordinated local referrals. AXIOMeds is not insurance, does not underwrite insurance, and does not pay insurance claims. For medical emergencies, call 911.

Independent, licensed insurance professionals.
AXIOMeds engages independent, state-licensed insurance agents/brokers (“Agents”) to offer, at a member’s option, separate insurance products such as:

  • Hospitalization & emergency care coverage
  • Vision & dental coverage
  • Life insurance
  • Catastrophic hospitalization/critical-illness coverage (e.g., cancer, heart attack, stroke)

All insurance is issued by third-party carriers and is governed by the carrier’s policy terms, underwriting, exclusions, and state availability. AXIOMeds does not guarantee carrier approval, pricing, benefits, or renewals.

“Internal customer service,” not employment.

Licensed Customer Service Support

Agents may serve AXIOMeds members as a dedicated support channel for insurance questions, enrollment, and renewals. These Agents are independent contractors, not AXIOMeds employees, and may also offer AXIOMeds memberships to their existing clients.

No tying or requirement to buy insurance.

AXIOMeds–Insurance Agent/Broker Engagement Disclosure

Enrollment in AXIOMeds does not require members to purchase any insurance products. Likewise, purchasing insurance through an Agent does not require joining AXIOMeds. Members may use any licensed agent or purchase insurance directly from carriers.
