In-House Health Coaches join our employed team under a Medical Director with built-in leads, CRM, and ops support, while External Health Coaches partner via state-registered LPs to keep their independent practice and steward an AXIOMeds panel—both tracks share the same wellness-first model, closed-loop referrals, and outcome-aligned incentives.

In-House Health Coach — Benefits
Employed under a Medical Director with a turnkey pipeline of members, built-in CRM and operations support, and standardized protocols. You spend more time on prevention and follow-ups while internal teams handle marketing, intake, and coordination; in-person services you perform for members are settled via the MBA, so continuity (and your calendar) stay protected.

External Health Coach — Benefits
Partner via state-registered LPs to keep your independent practice while adding an AXIOMeds panel. You control pacing and clinic mix, expand across licensed states, and receive warm referrals for annuals, vaccinations, and minor procedures. Eligible in-person services are paid from the MBA, and 24/7 virtual coverage absorbs low-acuity volume so you can focus on high-value visits.

Our model rewards prevention and continuity—not visit volume. Your monthly Preventive Health Account (PHA) stipend scales with Wellness Score (WS), medications during Patient Mode are funded by the AXIOM Assurance Account (AAA), and eligible in-person services are paid from the Member Benefits Account (MBA). You also receive a no-cost Platinum Health Plan (spouse/children per plan terms) and optional Solo 401(k) setup for AAA surplus allocations.

What does onboarding involve and how long does it take?

Onboarding

Orientation to the wellness-first model and WS tiers, EHR/CRM access, documentation templates, virtual-first/hybrid escalation protocols, MBA/AAA/MBA workflows, and privacy & security training. Most clinicians finish onboarding in 2–4 weeks (depends on state LP paperwork for External vs. HR processing for In-House) and can begin accepting members once their panel is assigned.
