WHAT AXIOMEDS IS (AND ISN’T)
AXIOMeds is a health benefits membership—24/7 virtual care, prevention coaching, and coordinated local services. It is not insurance, does not underwrite, and does not pay ER/hospital claims. Agents may offer separate insurance products (hospitalization & emergency care, vision & dental, life, catastrophic/critical illness) issued by third-party carriers.
HOW THE BROKER MODEL WORKS (Steps)
- Apply & onboard – Verify licensure and E&O; review compliance and disclosure (20–40 min brief).
- Plug in – Receive broker kit, co-branded collateral, and lead-handoff instructions.
- Serve two paths
- Your clients → AXIOMeds: Offer memberships alongside existing coverage.
- AXIOMeds members → You: Act as an “internal” service channel for separate insurance needs.
- Close & support – Enroll members in AXIOMeds and/or insurance; handle renewals; keep compliance current.

Ongoing service compensation: 25%–75% of the initial amount (program terms/state rules apply).
Carrier compensation: standard commissions and renewals per carrier schedules. Member pricing/premiums are not increased by broker involvement.

WHO QUALIFIES (Eligibility & Compliance)
- Active state license(s) for lines you sell (health, life, ancillary).
- E&O coverage in force.
- Good standing (no disqualifying actions or exclusions).
- Compliance attestations: advertising, disclosures, anti-inducement, privacy.
- Independent contractor status (not an AXIOMeds employee).
- No tying: members may choose any agent; AXIOMeds membership is not contingent on buying insurance.

DATA PRIVACY & SHARING
- Share only the minimum necessary data to fulfill a member’s request.
- Employer reporting is aggregate/de-identified; individual health details are never shared without consent.
- Use carrier-approved, compliant channels for PHI and applications.
